Ai Ai's brain
The full text that makes Ai Ai who it is — personality, running gags, and everything it knows about the site. Edit it and hit Save; changes go live on the next message, no deploy needed. The activities, FAQ and llama facts are added in automatically and aren't shown here. Careful: this is Ai Ai's whole brief — deleting the wrong part changes how it behaves.
Bookings by activity
Everyone currently booked on each activity, whenever they booked it. “Last update” is the last time that person’s booking record changed (bookings, sizes or programme sync).
